Some Critical Comments about WeChat Mini Program Registration

I have been designing a WeChat Mini Program for a long time. This mini-program aims to provide my community with updates on recent activities, featuring a café billboard and an item exchange board. I believe this would help young people in my community gain a sense of belonging and reduce unnecessary waste in an environmentally friendly way. I believe this will foster a sense of community among young people and promote environmentally friendly practices by reducing unnecessary waste. However, I've encountered challenges with the registration process as the auditor mentioned that my Mini Program doesn't align with their examination and verification system.

Initially, the auditor raised concerns about the name of my program, prompting me to make several changes. However, each time I submitted a new name, the waiting period for the auditor's response was lengthy. Compounding the issue, the auditor only makes one call per day, leaving me tethered to my phone without a specific call time. Once the name matter was resolved, I encountered another hurdle – the auditor indicated that users couldn't post their information; only I could share activities and details. This restriction made it inconvenient as I had to handle all information dissemination myself. The auditor's approach highlights the stringent nature of the examination and verification system, often citing seemingly minor details as grounds for concern.

Moreover, almost all apps or websites allow users to publish articles, pictures, or comments. Isn't it strange to have the maker publish all the information on the program while most users have to call the maker? I'm not saying the examination and verification system is stupid; in fact, it is a reasonable and responsible way of protecting the cyberspace of mini-programs because there are so many of them. It's essential to prevent some malicious programs that might have harmful effects on society. However, the auditors and the examination and verification system are so strict that they use an extreme and time-consuming way to manage all the registration requests. Some things considered mistakes by the auditors might not be a problem at all. The examination and verification system needs to learn to become more flexible. The world is constantly changing, and the rules can't always fit into society; it's important to provide different treatment in different situations. Besides, instead of calling the program makers, it's better to send short messages or emails to them. Everyone has their busy situations, and they can't wait until they are called. Since short messages are frequently seen, it's better to send them instead of making phone calls.
